New Cultural Center Update

Phase I of the New Cultural Center in downtown Columbia, Maryland has reached 90% completion. It is expected to reach substantial completion in the 1st quarter of 2027 and will be the new home for Tobys Dinner Theater. These images show the new structure being built literally around the existing theater.
