Orchard Mills Apartments Renovations

Orchard Mills Apartments, Armiger Management's flagship community located in Woodbridge Virginia, recently underwent a full-scale renovation of the property. This 280-unit complex was built in 2004 and needed major updating. Our in-house renovation team put together an excellent group of contractors to accomplish this project with minimal inconvenience to the residents.

Apartment interiors were updated with new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, countertops, appliances, HVAC systems, light fixtures, and door handles.

Building exterior and common areas got new roofs and trim, upgraded lighting, landscape upgrades and swimming pool upgrades.

During a very tumultuous time where supply chain issues presented many challenges, our team was able to put together a fantastic package that transformed the community to better serve our residents.
