Orchard Park at Ballenger Run Ribbon Cutting

Orchard Development Corporation celebrated the opening of our newest community, Orchard Park at Ballenger Run, with a ribbon cutting ceremony in October 2019. Located in Frederick, Maryland, Orchard Park at Ballenger Run includes 210 affordable rental apartments with a Clubhouse, 24/7 fitness, swimming pool, controlled access entries and elevators.
