Orchard Park at Ballenger Run

The ODC team is working hard to continue to grow and bring our lively communites to new markets. In doing so we are jumping into the new developement happening on the I-70 corridor and adding 210 multi-family apartments in Frederick, MD.

The community will consist of 1, 2, & 3 bedroom units and all units will be affordable at 60% of AMI. It will also include a clubhouse with 24 hour fitness, a yoga room, lounge, coffee bar and 24 hour package conceirge. The grounds will include a pool, tot lot, dog walk, maintenance building and community paths. The property is well situated just outside of the city limits and is part of a large planned community that will include for-sale townhomes, senior apartments and a new elementary school. The groundbreaking will be in July of 2018. We really like the Frederick market for multi-family as it is in the Washington DC metro area and is close to major employers and retail centers.
